This beer started out as a lark and a whim and turned out way too tasty. Composed of 70% Vienna malt and a combination of Munich and different crystal malts, it tastes of sweet malt and toasted bread. Enough Centennial and Fuggles hops give it plenty of American citrus and English earthy bitterness.

Hmmm... O.K. looking body, amber of course. Head is thin, as is the lace. Not much in the aroma department, some caramel Vienna malts, some toast. Mouthfeel is substantial, not overly so. Flavors pick up a bit with some bread, and a slightly bitter finish. Overall not bad.

First beer from this very young brewery.. . Pours a light murky caramel, medium foam, light sticky lacing .. . bark, caramel, and sand in the mouth .. . a tad rough around the edges but i can see with a bit of tweaking this could be quite good .. . i look forward to trying their skylight when it comes out .. . those birds are at twiterbahn!
