Sundog is an ale whose amber color is as deep as the copper glow of a Lake Michigan sunset. Its Biscuit malt and Fuggle hops give it a toasty character and a subtle, malty sweetness. We believe Sundog is the deepest, richest amber you’ll find anywhere.

Taps clear, dark honey-golden with a nice golden-tinged light tan head. Aroma features malty and fruity tones, not strong but inviting. Flavor features malty, woody hoppy, and subtle fruity notes. Mouthfeel is a little thin but fairly fizzy. Howl for one.

Pours a beautiful dark reddish amber with a nice fluffy off-white head. There is a decent amount of retention and some very nice lacing. It has a Mildly sweet malt, some caramel aroma. The dominant aroma is mildly toasted bready malt. The taste is not sweet at all. Bready malt up front with a slightly soapy bitterness in the finish. There is a very mild fruity note in the background, reminds me of cherry. The mouthfeel is that of a medium body with a high amount of carbonation and a slightly dry finish.

pours a nice reddish amber colour, decent sized head with a little nutty aroma, but noticeable orange peel. Semi dry, semi sweet mouthfeel with flavas of caramel.

Amber coloured, thin head. Soft malty aroma of toffee, sweet licorice with a hint of grapefruit and lemon. Clean and easy-going malty flavour of toffee and melon with some flowery undertones. Licorice, citrus and honey in aftertaste.
