A lighter golden version of the Nantahala Pale Ale with a crisp dry flavor and a touch of bitterness. The unique hop varieties create a tropical citrus flavor and aroma that balances with the soft malt profile.

Shared growler from KnoxBeerCrew tasting, brought over from Nantahala Brewery by assistant brewer just for our tasting - a very pleasant surprise as it is my first Nantahala brew. Golden yellow pour, adequate white head and lacing. Pleasantly carbonated. Welcoming citrus aromas, some grapefruits and very light peaches, good malt presence, a touch of lemongrass. Very clean flavor, nice citrus and malt balance with plenty of bitter and linger. Some IPAs aren't this bitter nor hoppy. Very very good APA. Thanks Ratchet for sharing your growler.
