Seasonally brewed and available in limited quantities, Muskoka Summer Weiss ("vice") is crafted with visions of summer in mind. Unfiltered and naturally hazy by design, the perfect balance of wheat, barley and subtle hopping makes this an intriguingly aromatic, flavourful and sessionable summer wheat beer. To release more flavour, agitate bottle slightly before opening. Cheers to you Summer!

Hazy golden colour pour. Big white frothy head does an amazingly fast disappearing act. No lacing. Aroma of banana, yeast and spice. Add clove and light fruits to the aroma and you have the flavour.

Poured a pale golden colour, large bubbly head, ok lacing. Fairly well carbonated. Has a strong bitter mouthfeel. Tangy on the palate. Aromas are not too offensive, pretty tame with malts and yeast. Citrus flavours, lime, citric acid. Not too bad, sort of a weird overall feel to it.

A middle of the road German style wheat beer available in Ontario. A little weak on the banana and clove notes, but still quite refreshing. Worth a try!

Can: Poured a lightly hazy dirty orangey color ale with a rather large foamy head with average retention and no lacing. Aroma of bubblegum and banana is very nice. Taste is also a nice mix between some banana bread and bubblegum 3ith some quite delectable wheat malt. Body is about average with great carbonation. Very well done with some really interesting ester.

A decent beer from a small brewery located in cottage country. It pours a typical hazy gold colour with a bubbly white head that lasts and lasts. The aroma is spice and fruit such as bananas, cloves, and citrus. Refreshing, but not outstanding.

The beer poured a hazy gold colour with a thin white head. The aroma was wheat malt, banana, and some spices. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was wheat malt, clove, and spices. A very good Canadian version of the great German style. -

Fucking amazing beer. Muskoka is constantly making great beers. It's just too bad that the body and overall apperance can't be all that better, but oh well, for a beer this fucking awesome, it's a minor quibble. I will def. be drinking this again and again.

Bottle: cloudy, light gold with a fair cap but not the frothy cap you expect from a weizen. Light Hefe weizen aromas: banana, apple, spice, light mustiness. Flavour is lightly sweet, spicy and lightly fruity....dry middle and finish...spritzy and light...a solid servicable hefeweizen

This new one from Muskoka pours a cloudy golden-beige colour with a big white frothy head. Retention is superbe with creamy lacing all around. Great hefeweizen nose with the wheat, yeast, spices and bananas. No bubblegum in this one. The mouthfeel is quite light and creamy. Taste is pretty mild though, with some banana bread and hardly any aftertaste. Nice to see on Ontario brewer of this caliber do a hefeweizen. Pretty good overall, just missing some punch in the flavours (even with all of the bottle's sediment).
