Tallboy from LCBO. Pours an average size foamy white head that dissipates to a very small coating. Has a pale golden appearance. Decent lacing. Aromas of cereal malts, subtle wheaty and yeasty notes. Flavours are grainy and malty mainly but with a little bit of grassy and earthy notes. Hints of bready malt and mild herbs. Somewhat of a drying mouthfeel with some bitterness on the palate in the finish. Pretty good overall.

Can from LCBO and first experience from this brewery. Pours a clean golden colour with a froth-bubbly warm cap, fizzing away quickly enough, even with the heavy carbonation, leaving a small coat on the brew. Mild cereal grain aromas with even milder hops, and a tad of sweetness. Becomes a little hazy at last pour. Malty flavours with light sweetness and the hops nicely balancing the rest. A nice Helles lager.

Can. Colour - medium gold, slight haze, thick white head, decent lacing. Aroma - grass, biscuits, herbal hops. Mouthfeel - medium bodied, well carbonated, very crisp. Flavour - well balanced between the slightly sweet malty notes and the slightly bitter hop finish. Quite refreshing.
