Our red ale is brewed to bring out the most malt flavor possible. Made from numerous styles of caramel malts, used in near excessive quantities. Our red ale defines malt flavor. A brilliant scotch like color and pleasant toasted

From a bottle. Pours a clear red with a white head that doesn't last long. Aroma is very light and sweet, mostly of caramel. Flavor is light as well. Malty with a slight bitterness at the end. A pretty average beer overall. Thanks to Caddy for the bottle.

This one I'm not too crazy about. It pours well and has a smooth mouthfeel...it is the flavor that I didn't like. Small hops flavor and as advertised, an even larger malt flavor. Others may enjoy this one but for me, I am a hop-head. However, I do think the flavor of this brew would be better for cooking purposes...bar-b-que sauces, chili, steaming crabs/shrimp, etc... I am going to give it a shot.
