I had this on nitro at the Mountain Sun Brewhouse in Boulder, Colorado. XXX Pale Ale is a cloudy golden pour with a meringue-like white head. The flavor was reasonably hoppy with a smooth finish. It was velvetty on the tongue and very smooth, likely due to the nitrogen.
