Being the first beer off our bottling line, Pin Up Pale Ale knows just what you like. Bittered with Summit, and dry hopped with Citra and Chinook, it’s herbal hop aroma and San Diego-style bitterness pushes the Pale Ale boundaries. A simple grain bill keeps it hop forward with a malty balanced. But we don’t want to reveal too much, just enough for intrigue!

A bright orange golden colored beer with a three fingered frothy textured off white head rising above. There's some hang time on the head. A moderate sudsy ringlet is left. A interesting mix in both nose and in tasting of pine and grapefruit. Some bittering and a bot of balancing sweetness. Bright and effervescent.
