A red, strong, cloudy, red-domed capital of Eyal, produced in the Judean Hills in a unique recipe. A combination of flavors of roasted lettuce and hints of walnut and coffee, expressed in earthy taste, a combination of bitterness and sweetness. The beer undergoes a process of second fermentation in a bottle, not filtered to preserve its natural taste, undergoing several weeks of maturation. Contains yeast residue at the bottom of the bottle and therefore it is advisable to store standing.
