The beer pours a nice red into the glass with a huge frothy white head that did not want to go away. The aroma is heavy on the raspberry. The mouthfeel is medium-bodied, and heavily carbonated............but not quite champagne-like. The flavour is that of a small amount of hops combined with a lot of raspberries.

Similar composition to the kriek, just a different fruit. Soft with light funk and sour aspects. Tasty though. Hits the spot for a cheap raspberry fix. Slightly over carbonated. Pinkish.

Pours a thick foamy pinkish head and has a burgundy hue with red highlights. Leaves dirty patchy lacing. Very nice huge raspberry aromas right out of the gate. Flavours are mainly raspberries with some subtle notes of herbal hops and some other dark berries like cherry and elderberries. Nice tarty and mildly sour mouthfeel. Has some very lively carbonation and lots of fizzyness on the palate. Pretty good stuff.

POurs a very inviting ruby red/brown with a big bubbly head with a slight reddish hue. Decent retention and some sloppy lacing. The raspberry arom jumps right out of the glass and into you nose as you pour. Juicy raspberry smell. Like the Subite Kriek I've had a small mound of foam sticks around till the end. Flavour is raspberry with a light wheatiness. The raspberry taste lingers around long after you swallow the beer. Very low carbonation for a smooth light mouthfeel. I prefer the Framboise Subite to the Kriek. Pretty good.

Poured almost headless; odd for a Belgian, I think, as so often they simply explode out of the bottle. The body was somewhat orangey in hue. Aroma was quite something else, being seriously raspberry. Tasted like raspberry too, but of little else. Mouthfeel leaned to the thin side, but finish was nice. A good dessert beer, but surely not a session beer.

This beer pours a ruby red colour with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet malt, raspberries, and a little floral hop scent. The flavour is primarily sour raspberries with a bitter finish and aftertaste.

Pinkish orange with a subdued pink-tinted head. laces well...aromas of sweetness and berries. Big carbonation sweet and sour tastes over berries and a light musty dry finish...really like a fruit spritzer...the ladies like it, I don;t care for it.

Opened with a loud !POP! and poured a nice pinkinsh red up to the light, impresive head. Has a beautiful undercoating of that (anyone whose had a lambic knows)distinct lambic scent and mouthfeel. I'm not detecting much raspberry in the nose, but still quite pleasent. A full mouthfeel - this much like any lambic - quite different from other beer styles.Flavour is nice but doesnt seem fully developed. I sense some absence of raspeberries and no overly defining quality of being sweet or tart, etc. All in all an easy to enjoy drink. Regardless of where this ranks among lambics (fruit or otherwise) it sits well with me for what it is - a pleasant example of a great style.

Cloudy dark iced tea color. Thin head. Aromas- rasberry, tart, mildly wine-like. Taste is pleasantly tart, not as sweet as Lindeman's version. Very earthy aftertaste, maybe hay.

Bottled. Orange-red colour with foamy white head, lacing. Sweet raspberries in aroma. Sweet and a bit dryish raspberryish flavour along with some hoppy bitterness. Long sweet raspberryish aftertaste.
