Light golden hue. Clean pale malt aromas follow through on a crisp, snappy medium-bodied palate with light hips bittering. Light gold colour, mild taste and mellow finish making for a highly drinkable style. It has a nice foam-like head when poured.

Clean, crisp, refreshing and about what you'd expect from a typical lager. Golden to deep golden color, no head to speak of, no lacing, but a well balanced hop/malt ratio. The flip top bottle is the best part.

From 500ml swing-top bottle @ Bearden Beer Market's Oktoberfest: clear light golden yellow pour with a slight white head and bit of lacing. Sweet malty aroma, almost stale corn flakes, very slight floral and earthy hops. Taste is light and decently refreshing, lightly sweet and malty, little hops bitter. Easy to drink, forgettable though.

Sampled on 10/27/2010. This dortmunder/helles pours a medium orange gold color from a 50cl swing-top bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head, with decent retention and good lacing. The aroma is malty, biscuty and sweet, with a touch of corn. A medium to light bodied helles. The malts are slightly sweet, bready and biscuty. The hops are herbal and earthy, a touch spicy. Mild carbonation. Perhaps a little light in the mouth, especially at the finish. Very drinkable, but not all that memorable. Mouthfeel is round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

It pours a light-golden with fairly thin white head and light lacing. A bready aroma of sweet malts, faint hops, lemon/citrus, and light spiciness. The mouthfeel is smooth and rich. Flavors of sweet bready malts, faint hops, honey, lemon/citrus, and light spice. Very smooth and refreshing for a hot summer day.

INteresting beer. I drank this over two sittings. The first time I found it overly malty but when I finished the bottle I found it much more enjoyable . Poured a medium god with Moderate head. The aroma ended up being quite clean and fresh. The flavor went along the same lines. This is a good beer to enjoy outside in a chair with a crossword. The bottle is cool too.

Clear golden, with a thin white head to almost nothing. Moderately malty, aromas of hops, grain and straw. Mouthfeel is fairly light and watery, and the hops are consistently prevalent in each sip. Not my style, but clean crisp taste.

This one poured a nice golden color with a nice head. It had a mild aroma with a sweet malty flavor with a slight resemblance to bread. Had a smooth finish and was an enjoyable brew.

Pours a clear gold with a white head. No skunkiness, seems really fresh. Sweet cracker malt. Very light hopping. This isn’t really doing a lot for me. Clean, but not really dry enough to qualify for crisp.
