as i write this, one week ago exactly, i was sitting in the Merchant Ale House in St Catherines, Canada drinking this beer on draft .. . pours a light maple brown .. sweet wood and light sap .. easy .. . nice finish .. simple amber ale .. . . do canadians like hockey?
