Named for its dominate specialty malt, it has an aroma of baked biscuits with gentle fruity hops. There is a grainy bread-like flavor, with lots of hops in the finish.

Cask. A bright copper-orange color with a rather thick off-white head. Tons of lacing left on the glass. Aroma is fruity, hoppy, and overall pleasant. The flavor is slightly sweet with a somewhat strong grapefruit hoppiness to it. Some malts in the background. Almost seemed more like an IPA than a Pale Ale, it certainly had a lot of flavor. But I felt the same way about the "Another Ale" I had at Martha's. Medium-bodied and pretty easy drinking if you like the style.
