A New England – Australian Pale Ale a using a high proportion of wheat and oats in the grist to add body and aid haze formation. Low bitterness to accentuate a soft mouthfeel and heavily dry hopped with a blend of dank and juicy Australian hops. Fermented with our house yeast WLP066 for maximum aroma and a slightly sweet finish. This beer is vegan.

November 2020: 330 ml can, as Magic Rock Murk-Life Balance Hazy Pale Ale, from Vinmonopolet Sola. ABV is 5.0%. Brewed with Australian hops, according to the brewery website. Cloudy yellow colour, moderate white head. Lovely and intense aroma of a wide range of tropical fruits, also citrus and spruce. Fairly light bodied. The flavour is more dry than sweet, moderate notes of pine needles, sprucetips and said fruits.
