An easy drinking ale with a distinct colour and flavour from the addition of beets. Citra hops deliver a foxy, citrus bitterness. Due to popular demand, the Red Fox is now available year round.

Clean amber colour with golden highlights. The head is off-white, pinkish, bubbly with average stay and some light foamy lacing. Sweet malt nose with the fruitiness of red ales. The taste shows the same, but the hops do cut the sweetness in the end. This adds some bitterness, and fairly big dryness building. Goes down nicer than the aromas propose. A decent red ale.

The beer pours a hazy medium gold colour with a geberous white cap which quickly dissipates to nothing. The aroma is light notes of caramel, biscuit malt, citrusy hops, and weak spices. The mouithfeel is medium bodies with average carbonation. The flavour is light caramel, light spices, weak biscuity malt and a decent hoppy finish. Not a bad beer but nothing I would willingly try again.
