Our first beer brewed on our bricks-and-mortar brewhouse! Sky Bison is a super crisp, crushable pale ale dry hopped with citrusy west coast hops. Hoppy and refreshing, it's a great beer for anytime!

The beer pours a translucent gold colour with a thin white bubbly head. The aroma is grainy malt, citrus, and yeast. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with a average carbonation. The flavour is mild grains, light citrus, and the finish is weakly bitter. -

Clean golden colour with a big white cap, frothy, lightly bubbly, with good retention and some nice foamy lacing. The nose is pretty sweet with the malts, not really feeling the APA, but more like a lager. Let's see where this goes. Mild hops do come out to blend this a little. The taste is thankfully not as sweet with the hops taking a bit over the cereal malts. A decent pale ale, not as American as most today - a tip to the APAs of 20 years ago.
