This beer is named after Ricks original brew dog Boone! This beer has nice toffee and caramel notes with a nice roasted malt aroma that’s balanced out with floral, citric and piney flavor of the hops. We won a medal with this beer during our home brewing days and we’re very happy with how this turned out! Unfortunately you can’t meet Boone who has passed on! But you can get the beer that was named after him! Boone had a great sense of humor, always knew how get our attention one way or another and loved to play fetch. Cheers to Boone and to this great beer!
