500 ml capped bottle bought at the brewpub. Poured in the original Lindenhardter beer mug a clear golden-orange coloured beer with a two fingers slightly beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is sweety malts, notes of honey, flowery hops. The flavour is grainy sweety malts, biscuits and a floral hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is slight creamy and crispy. This light to medium bodied Helles has a dry slight bitter finish. A very refreshing and nice tasting beer from Upper Franconia.
