Bottle: Poured a bright pink color liquid with a huge bubbly head with very little retention. Aroma is totally dominated by the cherry syrup and nothing else can be distinguished. Taste is also dominated by the cherry syrup that I didn’t particularly enjoyed since it was way too sweet for my liking. I wasn’t expecting something earth shattering but I wasn’t expecting something similar to this.

Bought in a convenient store in Chelsea, Quebec, and comes in a small metal bottle. Pours a deeper red than average, looking like raspberry punch with lots of bubbles hanging at the bottom. The head is pink, creamy-foamy, and leaves good lacing. Nice cherry scent with a touch of nut, like almond. Refreshing and just mildly tarty mouthfeel. Sweet cherry taste, but not too killer sweet. This light kriek is recommended to those who find the real kriek too sweet and powerful.

red with a frothy pink cap...laces well. Aromas of cherry and a sweet musty-almond smell. Sweet, fruity with some very light horse blanket mustiness...slightly tart in the finish. Didn’t mind this at all but not something I’d consume much of....too sweet and the lambic character is too thin for my tastes.

Thanks to elnadeau for sharing. This was a nice brew. Tart and sour, the cherrry flavor works extremely well. I enjoyed it. This is a nice change of pace beer

Bottled. Dark red, foamy reddish head. Cherry aroma, a bit like Lindemans Kriek. Pleasant flavour of cherry with some citric and earthy notes. It took a while to get used to the "differency" in this one, but once I took some more sips I began liking it more and more.

clear dark reddish colour, chaotic foam, aroma of cherry sirup, very sweet with some tartness, bubblegum-like mouthfeel, long cherry sweeties finish - artificial
