Sparks Street Location neighbourhood beer. Take a ‘copper’ break just steps away from the Parliament! This Ale, perfectly balanced with a generous quantity of noble hops, is brewed with three different malts: -Pilsen -Crystal, which provides sweetness -Rye, which provides a spicy taste. A neighbourhood beer ideal for a ride in one of Ottawa’s central areas!

Pours a thin head and has a nice clear coppery appearance. Aromas of roasted malts, caramel malts and earthy hops. Has a nice balance of malts and hops, not too bitter, crisp hoppy flavours. But mostly light roasted malts and some caramel notes. Average carbonation. Not a bad beer, just missing a little extra something to it.
