Bottle. It is certainly tractor season here. Colour - cloudy medium gold colour, cap is white, about half an inch, and bubbly, lacing is average. Aroma - bready malts, some yeast notes, some light fruit notes, and citrus. Mouthfeel - medium bodied and over carbonated. Flavour - some nmon-offensive grain notes up front but those give way to notes of tart fruit and funky yeast, both of which increase in presence as the beer warms.

The beer pours a hazed yellow gold with a rocky white head. The aroma is light fruit, herbs, yeast, and musk. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is tropical fruit, grass, and funk with a hint of citrus thrown in. -

Pours a foamy bubbly head and has a cloudy golden fruity appearance. Huge sediments settle at the bottom of glass. Good lacing. Aromas are grainy , light roasted malts, breads, barley and yeast. Flavours are citrus hops, oranges, fruits, sweet malts, yeast. Quite flavourful. Pretty bitter in the finish but not offensive. Astringent sensation and drying, puckering mouthfeel. Fairly tangy as well. Really good.

Visited this brewpub in 2006, and really nice to see where they are heading, with these new bottles, great labels and better products. This one pours a cloudy golden colour (lots of tiny particles floating around) with a huge foamy white head that take its time to go away and leaves soapy lace. Aromas of farm wood, bread dough, bananas and cloves. Medium-bodied, crisp and refreshing. Beautiful flavours of grassy hops, bubblegum, spices and mild citrus notes. Wow ! What a beautiful brew and now I know why it won WBA Best Saison.
