The beer pours a slightly hazed brownish gold with a generous rocky white head which lasts and provides good lacing. The strongest aroma is citrus, but there is also a little pine, some bready malts, herbal hops, and yeast. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is nicely balanced between the sweet malt notes, the piney notes, and the citrusy hop notes. -

Pours a pretty large amount of foamy, bubbly off-white head. Nice dirty lacing. Has a slightly hazy golden light amber appearance. Nice floral and citrus hop aromas along with light malts and breads. Fairly bitter hop flavours, citrus and herbal hops mainly. Slightly yeasty, some light roasted malts. Great balance of sweetness and bitterness. Medium bodied. Puckering and slight warming sensation. Smooth and slick mouthfeel. Pretty good stuff. Love the bottle labels and presentation. Good stuff!

Single from a local IGA. Pours a golden colour with an amber hue. The head is huge, frothy (almost creamy), white, with great retention and lots of dirty and sticky lacing. The aroma is kind of special with your typical APA hops (herbal, citrus) but with a weird twist - Onion poppyseed bagel notes. Yes, hard to explain, and not offensive... just different. Seems to come from the malts. The malt does come out a little more in the taste. Still, a little watery overall, with some medium bitterness and a mild dry finish. Not bad, beautiful bottle, but a little unbalanced.
