Bière rousse,au pétillement tranquille et à la mousse persistante.Nez de caramel brûlé légèrement houblonnée et pigmenté de chocolat noir.En bouche,elle se présente sur un air aigre-doux,rapidement envahie par une amertume arrondie de malt.

André is the master brewer,he is young (in his 20's) and he loves brewing english style... That pale ale reflects very well the best in this style.Poured a nice copper with a medium head a good retention and nice lacing.Malt aroma exhaling some sweet note (toffee),this is a clean and satisfying beer perfectly hopped in balance with the maltiness required by this style...A great start and i encourage everyone to go in Shawinigan to appreciate the location and the beer as well.Bravo!
