March 2013: 500 ml bottle, probably from Voldby Købmandsgård, Denmark. ABV is 4.4%. Dark brown colour, moderate off-white to beige head. Sweetish aroma of malt sugar and unfermented wort, also notes of bread and dust. Very sweet, sugary and malty flavour, reminiscent of a Danish dark "hvidtøl", but despite the sweetness, the mouthfeel is fairly thin. No hops detected. Not awful, though - just not something I’ll buy again.

Clear dark brown color with brownish foam head. Dissapearing but lacing to glass. Somewhat sweet caramel aroma, hints of toffee. Taste is too sweet with undefined other stuff there. Sweet aftertaste. (Velp 201211)

Bottle. Poured a clear ruby brown colored beer with a two fingers beige creamy foamy head that had a mid-sized retention. Soft carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is slight roasted malts and sourish cherries. The flavour is candied sugar, toasted malts, notes of dark ripe fruits, cherries, plums, prunes, spicy, licorice. The mouthfeel is crispy and ended watery. This light bodied beer has a short sugary finish. Not really my stuff !

Bottled. Dark amber colour, beigish bubbly head. Skunky vegetably nose. Sugary sweet flavour with vegetably notes. Sweet all the way through, in a negative way.
