Light-bodied and refreshing, American-style hops from Clear Valley Hop Farm near Collingwood give this red pale ale a nice citrus zing and floral notes, while crystal malt lends a balancing hint of caramel and toffee. Best served cold and savoured in the shade on a hot sunny day. TASTING NOTES Pour a warm copper hue with slight cloudiness with a generous tan head. Perfect for the heat, this beer is light bodied and refreshing, with American-style hops and crystal malt. Made from malted barley, wheat, Ontario-grown hops, and fresh Lake of Bays water.

Pours a golden colour with soapy white cap, decent retention and foamy lacing. Nice fresh hoppy aromas with some grass and citrus notes. The taste is pretty hoppy with some nice dryness. A nice blend of grass, grapefruit zest with some mild cereal grains. Eventually, tropical fruits come out in the nose. Pretty good Session Pale Ale.

Pours a huge foamy bubbly white head and has a clear yellowish straw coloured appearance. Very thick dirty lacing. Aromas of floral hops, grains and hints of corn. Flavours are also quite similar, has a bit more the hop crisp light bitter notes. Still a bit grainy with hints of corn though. Bitterness and sweetness is well balanced. Lively carbonation. Fairly refreshing and perfect for hot summer day, but probably not too many one after the other. Might become a bit heavy. Still pretty good.
