Off the Grid is an unfiltered brew with a bold, fruity taste that accompanies any new adventure. No signal…no problem. Full and unfiltered, this easy drinker has plenty of fruity goodness all coming from the hops. Aromas of bright citrus complement a body of fresh Ontario peaches and mango. The beer pours a cloudy medium gold colour with a foamy white head that last a while. Lacing is present but weak. Aroms is grass, light citrus, zest, and herbal hops. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. Flavour is citrus peel, light grapefruit, and cereal grains. I’m actually enjoying this! Simple, yet elegant (to steal a phrase from my Ph.D days) -

Tall can from LCBO. Pours a huge foamy off white head and has a hazy golden orangey coloured appearance. Slightly excessive carbonation. Big thick foamy and bubbly lacing. Aromas of grassy and herbal hops, some mild wheats and subtle grainy hints. Flavours are mostly grass and citrus, some mild piney and tropical fruit notes, mainly mangos and tangerines. Drying finish with some bitterness on the palate.

Can that pours a hazy, bright light-golden colour with a big frothy white cap, good stay and lots of foamy lacing. Aromas are mostly grassy hops with the fruitiness in the background. Tangerine citrus notes with the sweetness added. The taste seems to shows some coconut hints blending the citrus and other fruity gems. That waxy coconut feel seems to linger on the tongue. Decent hazy, juicy Pale Ale.
