WTF! I like it! Appearance of brownish red, an aroma of caramel, malty mouthfeel! My bottle states an ABV of 7.85% thats a good thing! After hard day of work (not jobless) it did the trick of erasing all the negative woes of the day! I recommend at least once!

Shared 650 ml bottle, from Voldby Købmandsgård. ABV is 7.85%. Fairly dark brown colour, moderate off-white head. Intense aroma of brown malts, caramel, oak and dark dried fruits. Very malty flavour, same elements as in the aroma, followed by decent hops (but not as bitter as 64 IBU?). A well made imperial brown ale.

Tasting at Rockwell Bar & Grill. Black with light brown foam head. Aroma is little coffee. Taste is coffee, little chocolate, nice bitter. Aftertaste is lasting. (Houston 201310)

So my initial impression was a bit odd since the sales rep at UnWined yelled out, "Get this pretty woman a WTF!" Dang! What a request! Little did I know WTF is short for Wilco Tango Foxtrot (thank goodness, I'm a small town girl you know...). It was more "hoppy" than I usually order but it had a real nice taste. To my nose it was "hoppy", to my taste buds it was "chocolatey". A different brown ale with a lot of "robusto"! I would like to try this brew on cask...I think the flavors would really come to the surface with a softer temperature.

This is very good ale! Nose is sweetish with lots of malt and significant hops, red/brown/mocha body topped with a nice foamy tan head and decent lace. Mouth is medium and creamy with very nice carbonation. Taste is rich and deep, lots of sweet malt and well hopped finish, reminds me a bit of a tamer version of their brown sugga. Lovely brew!

22 oz bottle. Pours ruby brown with a big creamy off-white head that retains well and leaves some lacing.
The aroma is piney resiny hops with some fruit and roasted malts.
The flavor is roasted chocolate/caramel malts with some fruit and a good sized piney, resiny hop finish. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.
Overall, a solid hoppy brown. -

Bottle from a recent beer run in oHIo. Deep clear tea brown color, tall off white head, good lacing. Malty aroma, lightly sweet and bready, some caramel and lightly roasted malts, earthy hops. Taste is very smooth and malty, lightly hopped, small linger, caramel, bready and satisfying. A very good Brown.

This was a heavenly heavily hopped beer with a good strong head, nice alpha hops and sweet carmelly and chocolatey malt. Its the kind that you hoard at a party and say to other if they ask what you are drinking, "Oh some homebrew that didnt quite turn out right. You wouldnt want any."

Pours a dark-brown/amber with a nice mocha colored head. The aroma is sweet malts, gingerbread, dark chocolate, with a earthy hop background that works surprisingly well. The taste goes big on the malt, more gingerbread, cinnamon, toasted pumpernickel bread. Grassy hops show up in the middle and finish. Very tasty, but is a little on the watery side, and slightly under-carbonated. The alcohol isn't hidden as well as it could be either.
