Pours clear copper with a thick and fairly persistent creamy head. Aroma offers tart pomme pine and tropical fruit, woody hops, a not-so-subtle funky tone, a bit of fresh malt. Flavor features bold sweet and tart fruit, apple and pear with some tropical, as well as fresh malt and woody, funky hops. Mouthfeel presents fair body, peppy fizz, and a fruity and slightly funky finish. Be eroic!

2018 OneHitter Series, enjoyed in Vermont for Easter weekend (thanks Nikki). Mildly hazy golden-orange colour with a warm cap and decent lacing. Farmhouse funk smell with a mix of apples, caramel, sourness (light balsamic vinegar) and oak wood notes. A little more sourness in the taste, but not too crazy. All blended well the rest found in the nose. A nice sour ale that is milder on the sourness, so good to start with in this style. The wood notes are a nice added touch.
