A Belgian style Amber ale with good malt structure, faint undertones of chocolate and a beautiful copper amber hue. This new batch will clock in with moderately strong alcohol and low bitterness levels. Brewmaster Dave suggests pairing it with our burger, moules-frites (mussels and fries), and sausage plate, as well as our fish du jour. Gold Medal Winner!
