Bière de type Pale ale avec ajout de lime et menthe. Bière rafraîchissante facile à boire et conçue d’un assemblage très balancé. Le goût de lime s’agence parfaitement au goût de malt. La menthe nous laisse une touche de fraîcheur.

Can that pours a hazy, bright yellow colour with a big frothy-creamy warm head, good retention and creamy lacing left. Mild lime juice aroma over cereal grains. Refreshing wet mouthfeel, thick enough with the citrus juices and light dry finish lingering. The flavours are mild as well with the lime and even lighter grains. You can feel a little hop somewhere near the end, giving grassy notes. The hints of mint are blended in there to refresh things as well. Not a bad citrusy Pale Ale, but nothing too complex as well. More drinkable than their Witbier I had last night.
