This pale blond brewed using the typically American Columbus, Centennial and Summit hops. Admire its pale yellow colour as well as its high fermentation... which gives it a mild bitterness that is just right.

Pours a hazy amber colour with a light beige head, decent stay and some nice lacing. Caramel malt nose with maybe a little bit of butterscotch (diacetyl), but nothing to kill this. The taste is a nice balance between the caramel malts and the grassy hops. Not too hoppy, but good for a pale ale. Crisp mouthfeel with a little dryness in the end. This is actually not bad at all coming from this brewery, and for the style.
