Clear yellow with frosting white foam head lacing to glass. Aroma is a straight forward pilsener, taste is a mass produced quickle fininshed pilsener. Good for drinking while thirsty. (Lyon, 201207)

Like it's other Kronenbourg cousins, this is a highly effervescent clear golden colour beer with a generous frothy head that is gone in the flash of an eye. The aroma is weakly malty with various adjuncts present. The flavour brings forth the adjuncts in all their glory with some backdrop of malt.

This is a nice beer. my roommate went searching for Lowenbrau one evening and the clerk suggested this as an alternative. It is a nice golden colour with a light malty aroma. A very smooth beer with a very smooth taste that goes down easy, but has just enough bite to make you appreciate this beer.

An average Euro-Pils like its cousin 1664. Not bad but not wonderful either. Very grassy with an average apperanc and mouthfeel. Only get it if there is nothing else.

A decent beer. It goes down alright but overall, there is not much to it. Its texture is very simple and really just not interesting. Flavor is bland and appearance is very pale.

Another world-wide low end pilsner is out there in the world. And, well, since this is French, I'll gladly rip it. Poured pale yellow with almost no head and no lacing. The flavor was skunky and grassy with hardly any malt flavor or body. Nothing all that memorable about this one, would hate to have to try a bottle of this after the tap did so miserably.

Seems to be one more swills. But really it has a little more solid taste like Tsingato for example. It's close to Heineken, as regards flavor. In picture it looks yellow, but in fact it's pale yellowish. Very easy drinkable, but it has really pleasant slight bitterness, that is not common for all swills. Cold good to refreshen yourself, but I tries it with my special vegetable dish an it was good. I'd say one of the best from swills.

Average French lager - easily drinkable, but Kronenbourg 1664 is better. Light bodied, nothing offensive, nothing remarkable. This has for decades been the standard pale lager you get on tap everywhere in France, but 1664 seems to taking over more and more, esp. internationally.

This beer poured a light golden color with a small white head that suprisingly left pretty good lace down the glass. Aroma was mild slightly hoppy, Mouthfeel was carbonated and light to medium bodied. Flavor was similar to the aroma, light hops some malt charactor. A beer worth a try if in France.

Nothing special jumps out at me with this one. I gave it a try in a pub in Deal, England. The aroma and appearance was about average while the flavor was fair.
