Really hard to define the style of beer, Damm defining it as Alsacian beer... I would say, that it reminds me of western France Biere de Garde, but I might be wrong... If anyone knows something bette, please let me know, what style it is. But the beer has nice golden color, foam is not so rich, but it is stable and nicely white. Aroma is flowerish with a weak hint to hops and almonds.Taste is soft and round, aftertaste crispy and dry. Really good beer, a little bit expensive though.
