Bottle, kindly shared by gunnar. Pale yellow colour, moderate white head. Sweetish aroma, herbal hops. Fairly decent flavour of herbal hops. A pale lager better than average.

Pours a semi-hazy light amber yellow with not much of a head at all. Light carbonation. Aroma is fairly typical for the style, pretty much all malt. Taste is malty and slightly tart with a hint of fruit juice. Dry malt ending. Fairly forgettable.

WOW! Not at all expecting this flavor from a lager. This is a really clean tasting crisp beer. I'm sorry I only bought one. Count on me going back to buy more this is a really good beer.

Nice label...good advertising on Hawaii 5.0. Other than that, a forgettable beer. Hardly any flavor or character at all. Held off a while on trying this, but had to crack this summer. Affordable on sale...refreshes my thirst. Enough said.

As others have said, this is a pretty standard craft lager. Malty, grainy with a touch of fruit (lemon). Of the 3 Kona brews in my mixer sixer, this was one ranked lowest.

Standard craft lager, very safe and decently made. Grainy and very lightly hopped with a hint of lemon. Clear straw yellow color, tight carbonation, medium sized white head and good lacing. Crisp and light bodied.

Was drinking this beer watching Hawaii 5-O and noticed they were putting a few of these a way on the show. The beer poured a nice yellow, with a small white quickly disappearing head. A nice hoppy aroma rose up from the bottle. The beer had a nicly balanced taste with just a hint of spicey malt. Will have to admit this beer seemed slightly better in Hawaii but that may have to due with being in Hawaii then actual taste. However, it really really tastes good when sitting on a beach.

Not an appealing light gold colour under no head, and almost no aroma; what aroma there was might've been floral. Flavour was better, not much hop, more grain, but drinkable and not revolting. Mouthfeel was smooth and not so thin. Sweet hint at the finish. I would not make a habit of this one if better beer was available, but better than Bud if you're in Hawaii.

Somewhat hazy yellow, pineapple juice color. A bright white head that was small and didn't have much retention or leave much lacing. A fresh smelling aroma of some grain and wheat. It smelled a bit citrusy, like lemon. Some spices floating around in there. Some medium ranges of malt. The breadiness and wheat comes through more as it warms. The flavor provided more of the wheat beer characteristics. The spices and the lemony citrus. The wheat is prevelant, but the grassy/grain flavors are a little more laid back. Some pepper comes through. Mild to low amounts of bitterness. The malt helps to keep it proportioned. Medium to light mouthfeel. Very crisp and refreshing and thirst quenching. Smooth and slightly watery. A little taste is left on the palate and on into the finish. This brew definitely could be enjoyed while basking in the sum. Very easy to drink. A person could definitely pound a few of these with ease. Nothing fancy however. Rather straight forward.
