1 000 ml PET bottle. Poured in the original Kocour tapered glass an unfiltered and hazy amber-orange coloured APA with a good one finger light beige foamy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is rich, powerful aromatic hops, resinous, juicy fruits, peaches, grapefruits, pineapples, oranges and flowery, roses, violets. The flavour is caramel malts, biscuits, bread, flowery, violets, roses, fruity citrus, oranges, peaches, herbal tones and a marked hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is round and strong bitter. The texture is watery. This light to medium bodied APA has a long hoppy bitter finish. What a power for a only 4.1 % ABV Ale! The mixing of a pronounced hoppy side with the biscuity malts leads to a well balanced Ale. A very easy drinkable APA , offering a lot of fun !!
