Pours rich coffee sable with a thick and persistent tan head. Aroma give up roast malt, smoky hops, a mocha undertone. Flavor features evergreen and slightly charred hops, roast malt, shy notes of coffee and semi-sweet chocolate. Mouthfeel offers smooth and fairly firm body, peppy fizz, and a woody hop finish. Get your hoppyness any time of day.

A very well balanced and full imperial black ipa. Orange peel, spruce, roasted malt, molasses and coffee. Hard to believe this is the abv it is it is so well integrated. Not too shabby :)
