When I think of Irish lagers I think of Harp. This is Harp the younger. A light golden pour with a weak white head. Aroma is quite metallic with wet mouldy grass thrown in. Flavour was similarly bad - almost didn't want to finish it.

A clear light golden beer. On pour it has a medium, lacy white head. Not much hang time on this one. There is a sweetness of citrus-floral and malt. The taste is somewhat sweet with a bitterness definitely in the aftertaste. A drinkable beer with a dry finish, but nothing to get too excited over.

Very thin white head. A few bubbles come up in my lager glass. A thin white head. Aroma of earthy vegetables. Carrots and some hay. The flavor is light and refreshing. Notes of hay and some sweet beets. A hint of green beans. A decent lager, finishes a little sweet.

Kinsale Irish pours a very attractive shade of gold. There was a nice, foamy head that tapered into a layer of lace. The mouthfeel and taste were great. I recommend giving this one a ty!
