When we founded our brewery in 2010, our inspiration was the Ottawa River, and many of the stories we have told since then have come from the South Shore of this historic body of water. Our South Shore Hazy Pale Ale is brewed with four different hop varietals to offer all of the fruit and citrus flavours of a New England IPA, but with less bitterness and lower alcohol.

Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8
Lightly hazy, light-golden bright yellow colour with a white cap, good stay and loads of thick foamy lacing. Lemon zest nose with some fresh herbal notes from the hops. The mouthfeel is crisp and dry, getting dryer in the finish, lingering. The taste shows the citrus peel-zest again. The grassy aspect of the hops are hidden, blended in the their. Quite a nice dry, lemon zest, lighter APA.
