Copper coloured and lightly carbonated, KLB Premium Pale Ale has a complex, fruity bouguet and a full malt body. Pale Ale is balanced with an assertive Fuggels bittering hop that gives it a long, bittersweet finish. This is a true "beer drinker's" beer.

This beer is also known as KLB Premium Pale Ale. A nice copper coloured beer with an off-white head that disappears as quickly as it forms. The aroma is hoppy with some citrusy tones as well. The flavour has a bitter bite that could be stronger.

My second Kawartha Lakes brew. Again, not as bad as I expected, but I sure am glad i only paid for singles as the I would not want to pay premium prices for these brews. No real discernable aroma, and again, a piss poor appearance, but an easy drinking beer none-the-less. Much more watery than the Cream Ale, but again, it's not bad, esp. for a sessioner. Unlike the Cream Ale however, this one is better sessioned out of the bottle.

This strong pale ale pours an amber colour with a decent head and lacing. Tiny bubble carbonation, average. The nose is of nutty malt and kind of floral. Sweet malt composes the taste with hints of fruits and caramel. Slight bitter aftertaste. Pretty good session APA.

a nice, easy going beer, but a bit pricey.
