Pours a dark brown, nearly black color. Ruby red around the edges. A small bubbly beige head forms and recedes quickly. No lace to speak of.Tropical, citrus, and pine hops up front. Some bitter sweet chocolate malts. That is about it. The hops pop up at first followed by a malty sweetness. Citrus, tropical, piney hops is dominate. Finishes bitter, it lingers on. Overall its pretty decent especially for a black IPA.
