Poured at Drakes (as their beer, what the hell?). Very nice hoppy red ale, ample sweetness and caramel malts followed by a swift hop kick to the head...citric and bitter. Very good.

Tasted at Drake Brewery. Medium amber brown color. Small head. Aroma is malty, caramel and sweet. A medium bodied amber. Malts are caramel and sweet. Hops are slightly bitter and grapefruity. Rather malty and biscuty for an amber. Lively carbonation. Nice balance. Lots of flavor. Better than you’re average BrewPub Amber. Lots of flavor. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet with a nice lingering malt sweetness.
