A classic American style pale ale. Medium-high bitterness with pronounced floral hop aroma and citrusy palate from Columbus hops. Caramel malts impart a toasty malt character with medium mouth feel and a deep amber color.

This beer was given to me in place of a beer that I had ordered due to the unavailability of the first beer. The Jefferson St. APA was light amber in color with a good hoppy aroma. I was excited to get a good bite of hops from this beer, but it kind of fell flat. A very good beer nonetheless, but not as strong of a pale ale as I would like.
