Dark in colour with a promninent Northwestern hoppy aroma. Classic caramel malts of IPA along with roasted and chocolate malts combined with citrusy hops give this unique style a beautiful balance.

Smells a bit stout like with faint coffee and roasted barley+black patent. Held to the light the beer is an opaque brown, but free of sediment. Good light tan head, good retention, medium bodied, bitterness is slightly latent but I will survive. A gentle spruce hopping, a bitter tea mouth feel.
