A pale ale fermented with a special blend of Belgian style yeast, has a pleasant clove and a little banana flavor balanced with a moderate malt character. The finish is a slight hop bitterness with some spiciness from the yeast.

Far more Belgian than American pale ale. Fizzy, light, fruity, wild and bready. The color is a dark caramel color that looks like some brewpub pales, that is where the similarity ends. Not a bad sourish belgian, it reminds me of the Bombshell, which I also liked. Just don't go looking for hops in this one.

I picked this up in Ohio because I liked the name and the label. Unfortunately, what was inside the bottle was far from outstanding. There was little to no hop aroma in this beer, just malt. Flavour was weak, bland, and watery. More of a fruity blonde ale.

From kinger in recent trade: slightly murky orange amber pour with little and some lacing. Sourish aroma with orange peel, musty yeast, funk. Tasty little bastard though with a slight sour fruity flavor, some funky yeasts, and yum. Interesting for a pale ale - more Belgianesque. Still good - thanks Cory.

Followed their Blonde with this Pale Ale. Orange-copper color with a 1/2" off white head and minimal lacing. Body is hazy and sparkles with slow tight bubbles of carbonation. Musty, fruity yeast aroma with tangy citrus. Sweet feeling coupled by a calm bitter hint and a nice fruity tartness. Yeasty house flavor that is similar to their Blonde, but there is a more prominent hop presence. Buttery rolls and grassy grains. Citrus with a very minor wild sour quality and a touch of banana.
