A tribute to our local topography, A-Mountain Amber ale is malt-focused, but still balanced. Subtle but present bitterness from Centennial hops balances the toasty complexity of a blend of crystal and roasted malts. Caramel/toffee-like aromas and flavors mingle with a dark fruit sweetness on the palate. The finish is snappy and slightly bitter, with flavors of freshly toasted bread and black tea.
