Stronger top-fermented beer with a deep golden to copper color, which takes longer for its lush aromas of citrus and flowers. Full malty flavor first, passes into intense, but pleasant bitterness with a long finish. But H-Ale is produced from four kinds of malts and four kinds of hops and despite its strength, it drinks well, and we believe that you will love it.

Čépované, 300 ml, on tap at the Pivovar Hostivar. Poured in the original Hostivar snifter an unfiltered and hazy dark amber-chesnut coloured APA with a rich two fingers light beige, dense and pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is deep toasted malts, juicy fruits, oranges, citrus and honey notes. The flavour is toasted malts, caramel, a bunch of juicy fruits, citrus, oranges, apples, mandarins, dried fruits, with a nutty touch, flowery hops and notes of resinous hops, hints of smoke. The mouthfeel is fulled, sparkling and very smooth. The texture is oily. This medium bodied APA has a long malty and fruity finish. A nice, characterful and well balanced APA from Praha 15. I like it!
