The beer poured a hazy light gold colour with a thin white head. The aroma was wheat malt, weak spices, and light fruit. The mouthfeel is weak bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour is wheat malt, light fruit, and weak spices.

Purchased in one of those mixed 4-pack at the LCBO. Too much carbonation out of the bottle... overflows right away. Pours a hazy golden-beige colour with a fizzy head that disappears quickly and not much lace is left. Wheat nose with notes of lemon and bread. Thin-mouthfeel, but with a little stick and kind of oily. Taste is pretty mild with some wheat and honey, but not much else. Maybe hints of orange zest, but this one is not a hit with me.

This was the worst beer of the gift pack, and that surprised me because the German hefeweizen is a beer to behold. I'm not sure where this one went wrong. Good colour, but the aroma and flavours were weak.

Bottled. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized foamy white head that leaves some lace. Aroma is wheat, mild banana, some yeast as well as fruityness. Flavour is quite similar with a bunch of toffeeish notes as well.

500ml crown top bottle fill dated May 30/10. Poues a clouded gols with a 3 finger puffy cap, cap does not last long. Aroma is subdued but there are the clove-banana-fruit tones with some biscuity wheat malt. Thin character.... watery palate...some dry biscuit malt in front, light fruit esters then goes really dry with a spritzy citrusy-tart finish. Not the best hefeweiss I pushed past my gums....looks like Keith’s white and Rickards White have a German doppelgänger...then again this is hardly a fresh sample.

Really nice foggy light yellow color. not much foam and it is not very stable. Aroma has some flowers and fruits in it. Taste is really good, I have to admit it, even if I'm not much of a weiss fan. It has quite a bouquet of nuances in it starting with a whoeat and ending with a flowers and spring freshness. And a second mouthful has a whole different feeling again. Very good balance.

happended to find this one by chance. Beautiful plae golden pour with a slight brite white head leaving a bit of lacing. The aroma of wheat and mild hops is appealing. Nice smooth finish with no aftertaste. Crisp and smooth.

Cloudy gold body with a good head. Not a lot of aroma or flavor out of this one compared to the Schneider Weisse, but better than some of the others I had at this tasting.

Had this hefe from my tall Brooklyn Weiss glass. A pale gold color had only a slight haze. A fizzy head was short lived. Aroma was a little sweet and grainy. Mouthfeel was effervescent over a good body. Overall flavor was rather bland. Some notes of light banana, with a touch of honey and nutmeg and coriander spice. Good clean finish. A bit of a letdown considering the presentation.

cloudy white-lactic colour, little fast disappearing head, deep banana aroma, sweet, high carbonated, quite robust malt body with a slightly acidic finish
