Bomber from Centerville Carryout: hazy copper amber pour with a thick frothy ecru colored head, leaving prolific amounts of heavy lacing. Hop forward aroma of grapefruit and light pine hops, slightly warming caramel, a touch of floral. Taste is also hops-forward; big grapefruit, slight pine, kiss of floral, all offset by an ample dose of caramel maltiness. Heavy look and mouthfeel. Nice light bitter linger. Another winner from Hoppin' Frog - quickly moving up on my favorite breweries list.

It pours a copper and burnt-orange with a fairly thick light-tan head and copious lacing. An aroma of caramel malts, hops, grapefruit, pine, bread and yeast, and spiciness. The mouthfeel is smooth, although a hair thin. Flavors of caramel malts, hops, grapefruit, bread and yeast, light bitterness, and spiciness. It's good but not worth $11 a bottle.

22oz bottle. Pours a hazy dark golden orange with a HUGE rocky creamy off white head that retains well and laces the glass.
The aroma is bubblegum and some caramel malts, with some fruity and floral hops. Tropical fruits come out as it warms.
The flavor is bready caramel malts, some sweet tangy bubble gum, and a little tropical fruit with a lot of burnt resiny bitterness. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.
Overall, an interesting IPA. I like it more than the initial sip suggested. It's definitely not the usual blend of flavors I prefer. -

Pours a very pretty clear coppery amber with a VERY thick, fluffy, persistent head. Aroma is not strong, but invitingly hoppy with just a whisper of fruit. Rich flavor is plenty stronger than the aroma - hoppy, a little malty, just a touch of apple and grapefruit. Texture is fairly smooth and nicely tingly, leaving a lively grapefruit finish.

Bottled. Slightly hazed golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruits, some mild nectar, quite strong floral bitterness as well. Flavour is very fruity and floral hops along with some tropical fruits and mild mild notes of grass. Very refreshing and nice full-bodied IPA, that still isn’t trying to take everything to the extremes.

Bottle, ABV 6.8%, at RBNAG 2009 in Vatlandsvåg. Cloudy deep orange to amber colour, moderate off-white head. Intense aroma of fruity American hops on a background of marmalade and American caramel malts. The flavour is sweet with notes of marmalade, with distinct American hops throughout. Bitter aftertaste. Okay.

Pours out in a vibrant sunset reddish amber colour with a small firm white head. Rich perfumy hop aroma of mango, mandarin, apricots and resin with strong and rather sharp notes of grapefruit-peels and grass. Medium-bodied with notes of red grapefruit, grass, chalk, caramel and apricots. Clean yet bright and prickling mouthfeel. Long bitter finish of blonde grapefruit and grass.

Florida gets another solid brewery! Very fresh citrusy aroma, a bit sprucey and green with an herbal character. Copper color, thick foamy head and some pretty good lacing. Solid malt base that come across as a bit doughy and is noticed most at first before the citrusy hops elevate to a hoppy finish with moderate bitterness for the style. A tasty IPA. Price may prevent me from getting it too often though.

Pours a rich copper color with a light tan head with a good amount of lacing. You can smell piney hops and citrus. Impressive taste. Initial sweet hoppy flavor, lots of citrus followed by a nice malty finish. Unfortunately, the price will probably keep me away, unless there are more stimulus checks. ;) Recommended.

THis beer poured with a nice dark copper colored body topped off by a fluffy medium sized slightly off white head that left pretty nice lace down the glass. The aroma was floral and piney hops with some nice sweet malty tones coming through as well. Mouthfeel was medium bodied, crisp and dry. The flavor starts out with big floral hops, quickly backed up by some rich caramel malt flavors.
