Its color is yellowissh brown with floating pieces of Yeast. The odor is dominated by yeast and a hint of hazelnut. there is a small film of foam that gives the beer a longlasting agreable look. in the mouth increadibly sparkling with a noble taste of yeast, a fruity sweetness and a nice hint of apricot. The aftertast is agreably long, slightly caramel, yeasty and with a strong influance of carbon dioxide.

BB 27/05/15. Acquired via trade with Chopz. Pours a big foamy off-white head but doesn't stay very long. Has a hazy orangey appearance with tons of sediments visible. Weak lacing. Aromas are very yeasty and fruity, citrus and floral hops. Flavours are mostly on the yeasty and citrusy side, some subtle notes of spices and hints of tropical fruits. Full bodied mouthfeel with fairly excessive carbonation.

Golden yellow with white foam head. Flocks of yeast floating around, which also presented itself after opening the bottle. The beer is still fermenting and rushed out. Nice bitter taste, good beer. (Schiphol 201309)

Pours a dark amber gold colour with some sediment & a small bubbly white head. The aroma consists of bananas and malts along with a lot of wheat and lemon citrus along with some yeast and orange zest along with other spices. The taste is a spicy mix of banana and clove along with some wheat and yeast. The mouthfeel is smooth, medium body, and a alcohol filled taste with a lot of sweetness. The finish is dry but warming.

330 ml brown bottle, Best before date on back label. Pours a golden / orange color. Very cloudy and hazy, as expected from a bottle conditioned beer. 1/2 inch of white foam, with solid head retention and wispy lacing. Smell has lots of spices and citrus and corriander. Very similar aromas to Hoegaarden White. Taste has spice of the corriander and orange peel, with quite a strong alcohol hit. A bit of pepper in the finish. Medium body with a dry finish. Complex, with strong flavors with warming alcohol, not one to quench your thirst like a regular Hoe.

Pours a cloudy orange, with a fair white froth that settles into a low head. Plenty of bubbling. Big nose of yeast, orange, wheat malt, tropical fruit. Flavours of coriander seed, orange, wheat. Alcohol warmth is noticable. Hints of toffee. The spice notes linger for a while. Quite a light body, which effervesces in the mouth like sherbet, and drains away with a light sourness, and a light medium bitterness. The bitterness reminds me more of citrus pith, than hop bitterness.

Bought at D'Arcy McGee's on Sparks street in Ottawa. Poured a hazy golden-blond-amber colour with a creamy white head that had decent retention and foamy-patchy-wavy lacing. The smell reminds me of Unibroue's Blanche de Chambly, with the Belgian yeast, a fruity nose of banana and beautiful spices. Smooth mouthfeel that is full-bodied. Pleasant fruit in the taste, but not much oranges. Mostly pears and apples, with a small amount of alcohol showing, but well-blended. Also, great spices, as corriander. A well-brewed strong witbier.

Pours a cloudy sediment filled light orange colour...has that hot sweet alco yeast honey smashed flower smell..pretty tasty, but seems to be a tad off the mark, lots of floaties, but still delicous.

Dark yellow body, slightly cloudy, very effervescent. I poured and a hug head formed. I went to use the restroom and when I came back (yes, I did wash my hands, thank you) the head was bigger. Very nice appearance, very elegant and sparkling, although heads so large that you get nothing but foam for the first few sips irritate me. They do look good though. Back to the beer, the coriander is subdued, a bit more orangey here. The wheat/malt is bigger here and appropriately this is a heavier beer. I get a little oats in the flavor. The mouthfeel is slick and the tiniest bit thick. Good beer but something about it gives it lower drinkability than the looks would suggest.

Bottled, huge white head (no matter how I tried to pur it), disappeared in a few minutes. Orangebrown/golden coloured and cloudy. Smells very fruity and fresh. Tastes fruity, spicy and a bit of alcohol. The minor alcohol taste fits the whole well, and suits the sweet fruit taste. Wellbalanced taste.
