Oh wow! Big Nelson Sauvin aromas - and I do like this hop. Hazy golden-amber colour with a nice frothy-creamy, warm-white head, good retention and lots of sticky-creamy lacing streaks. That nose that give that mix of nuttiness, woodiness and cilantro - awesome!! The mouthfeel seems wet at first, but heads right into some good dryness with light zest left on the tongue. Oranges juice, other citrus zest flavours with the awesomeness that Nelson Sauvin gives. Yep, I do like this hops, and this beer makes it shine.

Picked up a fresh growler on a Vermont trip - hazed yellow pour with with a creamy white head that offers nice lacing. Strong hop forward aromas - astringent and tropical. Extremely crisp and clean mouthfeel that lends to drinkability. Slightly sweet, but the Nelson sauvin hops are the star here - pineapple, mango, and slight grapefruit are the major notes. The hops are really showcased well and this would be a staple if you didn't have to trek all the way up to the northeast kingdom to get.
